How long will my order take to be delivered?

As we do not stock most items on our website, most items have to be ordered from our suppliers all over the world. Having suppliers based worldwide does affect delivery times and makes it a bit difficult to estimate the exact date of delivery, but for most of our products we have have added a delivery estimate in the product description which updates everyday to give you an idea on the length of time your order will take to be delivered.

Items that are sourced from locally based suppliers are usually delivered faster than items source abroad. Most products have the country where the supplier is based listed on the description page to give you an idea on where it is coming from.

Our suppliers stock information is also included in most most products description above the delivery estimate. Items that have been ordered that are out of stock will be placed on back order with the supplier until more stock has arrived.

Products that are Pre-Order products will be placed on pre-order with our suppliers, the moment our suppliers first stock arrives and their is enough stock for your order it will be dispatched to us upon receipt, and from that day when it leaves our supplier the standard delivery period will apply.

Delivery on most items in stock at our primary supplier takes on average 7 business days.
