A products price is R0.00 does this mean the product is for free?
Solution

A products price is R0.00 does this mean the product is for free?

No, when a price is showing as Zero (R0.00) it could mean a few things.

  • The product could be available for preorder and no price has been confirmed
  • The product could be totally unavailable from none of our main nor secondary suppliers
  • The product may have been or is in the process of being discontinued

What will happen if I ordered this product?

We will obviously contact you to give you update on the products status and if it is a preorder once a price is available we will notify you of this. If the item has been discontinued and has been replaced by a newer model we will also let you know of this.
